In order to be able to delve into your own personal journey with self intimacy we hold these workshops in a small private space limited to 9 people. Through the creation of a safe and intimate space you be able to peel back the layers to connect with your true needs and desires.
This is a journey of moving from self abandonmnet to self mastery.
What is Inner Teenager?
The teenager within us is still alive and s/he is full of life force energy with lots of ambition, passion and dreams. Healing your inner teenager is about connecting with the part of yourself, which you may have suppressed or neglected over time due to various life experiences and responsibilities. This part of you may have experienced difficulties and limitations during teenage years and may still carry those unresolved issues and limiting believes into your present life, affecting your relationships, career and business.
Healing our inner teenager can enable us;
• To develop greater self-awareness and self-love as a foundation for your intimate relationships
• To explore new levels of vulnerability and emotional intimacy with yourself and others
• To relate with others in a much more intimate and soul satisfying way

• To connect with a supportive community of like-minded individuals who are also on a journey of exploring intimacy and connection
In this workshop, we aim to:
Explore your inner teenager struggles and limitations which have been unconsciously affecting your present life. Heal your connection and reclaim the long hidden powers of your sparkly inner teenager, through Coaching, Meditation, Art, and Dancing Techniques, according to the wisdom of circle.
Dive into a journey of moving from self-abandonment to self-mastery and create the safe and healthy life and relationships that you deserve.

Hulya Erbeyli is an experienced Trainer, Coach and Consultant. She has over 25 years of experience working with people both as a team and individiually.
She is specialised in Holistic Leadership, Self Leadership, Career and Personal Development. In love with inner child, inner teenage and tantra work. She works with individuals and groups and supports them to find their soul's truth and inner power to design the life and business they desire.
