Who are you when you’re not trying to be someone?
What does it look like when 2 or more humans meet without needing the meeting to be anything?
What is intimacy beyond the images and ideas we’ve received through our conditioning?
INTIMACY : LAB is a space to ask questions and not find answers.
It’s a space of ‘experience over scripture’.
Where the answers are not solid or clearly defined phrases but moments of clarity, relief or simple presence that can never be expressed in words (but we’ll try anyways). Answers that move and change with us.
INTIMACY : LAB invites you to f*ck around (not literally) and find out. It’s a playground for adults, where the chase for the next hit turns into the embodied quest for moments of truth.
This event is open to all levels of experience.
⸻ WHAT DOES THAT LOOK LIKE, PRACTICALLY?
For 3 hours you will be guided through slow movement, awareness and relational practices all aimed to support you to get better at listening to what’s alive in each moment. You are welcome to participate as much or as little as you want, to take breaks, to sit and witness the space or whatever else you need. You are also very welcome to be brave, explore your edges and try out new things.
⸻ WHAT IS ASKED OF YOU:
You come with an availability to experience what is here rather than an expectations to create one particular outcome. This is a non-linear space. Any goal driven mindset is of course welcome, we are human after all, but will most likely not be satisfied during this time.
⸻ WHAT TO BRING:
Please wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in and bring a personal water bottle if you want to have water accessible in the space, as open cups will not be allowed. If you want you can also bring a journal, as this space might inspire all sorts of creativity and expression.
⸻ THIS IS A FULLY CLOTHED EVENT.
No full or partial nudity. We want to explore intimacy through the lens of the heart rather than the friction of bodies (nothing wrong with that, it’s simply not what I’m offering here). Touch and physical contact will be invited only in slow and conscious movement ways, not to activate or arouse. Arousal may of course happen and that is very very welcome. In that case you will learn how to breathe into it and let it take you deeper into yourself instead of releasing it.

As with all my mixed gender events, there will be no gender balance and no sale of gendered tickets. If that is a problem to you, please don’t attend. If that is edgy for you and you want to meet that edge, please feel so very welcome to attend.
INTIMACY : LAB is going to be a monthly space for brave humans with the desire to drop the bullshit and just meet each other. We are starving for authenticity. This space is a brave and slow invitation to get real. With yourself first, and then maybe, if it’s available, also with each other.
