Interwoven: Stitch & "De-Stress" Sewing Workshop
Special Operation Forces Spouses are invited to join The Station Foundation for an afternoon of “de-stressing” on the sewing machine. While sewing a unique tote bag, participants will relax and practice self care through creative expression in a peaceful setting.
In the midst of the unique challenges and sacrifices that come with military life, it’s easy to put yourself last. We want to remind you that your well-being is important, and you deserve a moment of peace and creativity.
Engaging in a creative art-based activity provides a powerful release, promotes a sense of accomplishment, and offers a quiet, mindful escape from daily stress. It’s a chance to choose calm over chaos.
Join us for an exclusive self-care event designed just for you to relax, connect with others who “get it”, and learn a new, therapeutic skill. Whether you’re an experienced seamstress or have never touched a sewing machine, this workshop is for you! We’ll provide all of the supplies, guidance, and a supportive environment where you can unwind and focus on a fun, tangible project.

When registering for an event, all required fields on the order form must be completed. Incomplete order forms will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding and helping us ensure event security and the highest quality experience possible.
