Interwoven: Restorative, Candlelit Yoga for SOF Couples
Special Operations Forces Couples are invited to join The Station Foundation for an evening of restorative couples yoga practice surrounded by gentle candlelight. Prioritizing your relationship is essential to maintain connection. This yoga class will cultivate peace of mind and encourage gratitude for having the opportunity to move your body, ground yourself, and share the experience with your partner. Yoga is a wonderful way to boost your mood and decrease stress levels. When you practice with your spouse, you experience both physical connection and shared positive energy.
The week preceding the yoga class, participants will receive five guided meditation prompts and mindfulness opportunities to connect more intently with their spouse. The meditation practice is designed for the novice to explore how taking a few quiet moments to sit in stillness and reflect on specific aspects of the relationship impacts one’s gratitude, perspective, and attitude.

Event Details:
- All materials will be provided.
- Please claim one (1) ticket per couple. You will be prompted to enter your significant other’s info when registering for the event.
This is a first come first serve event with a maximum capacity of 16 attendees, 8 couples. One ticket per couple (please make sure to submit your partner's name when submitting your information).
Additionally, please note that childcare is not available for this event, and children may not attend. Thank you for respecting this policy as it ensures a space free of distractions for the attendees.
When registering for an event, all required fields on the order form must be completed in entirety. Incomplete order forms will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us ensure event security and the highest quality experience possible.
Cancellations:
If you can no longer attend this event, we kindly ask that you let us know at least 72 hr prior to the event so we can accommodate a participant on the waitlist. Thank you for honoring your commitment to participating in this event.
