Interwoven: Reformer Pilates for SOF Spouses
Special Operations Spouses, this one’s for you! This is a unique opportunity to challenge yourself and focus on your well-being using the classic Pilates Reformer.
This class is designed to provide Special Operations Spouses with a space to take time for themselves, recharge, and experience something new. Using the Reformer and slow, controlled movements, you’ll engage your entire body in a workout that targets muscles often neglected by traditional exercise. Pilates exercises focus on proper body alignment, strengthening the muscles that support the spine, and improving posture. Physical benefits of Pilates include: improved posture, increased flexibility, a strengthened core, improved balance, coordination, and awareness. Some mental and emotional benefits of Pilates are reduced stress, improved mood, increased energy levels, and improved sleep quality.

Event Details:
- Hand-size towels may come in handy. Water is highly recommended. Please come to class well-hydrated.
- The studio is equipped with reformers and all additional equipment for our class.
- Come dressed in athletic, easy-to-move-in clothing.
- Be ready to take off your shoes for parts of the class.
- Water and light snacks will be provided.
This is a first-come, first-serve event with a maximum capacity of 6 attendees.
Additionally, please note that childcare is not available for this event, and children may not attend. Thank you for respecting this policy as it ensures a space free of distractions for the attendees.
When registering for an event, all required fields on the order form must be completed in entirety. Incomplete order forms will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us ensure event security and the highest quality experience possible.
Cancellations:
If you can no longer attend this event, we kindly ask that you let us know at least 72 hr prior to the event so we can accommodate a participant on the waitlist. Thank you for honoring your commitment to participating in this event.
