Interwoven: Kids Yoga at the Beach
Join the Station Foundation for a fun-filled family beach afternoon! We'll be having a kid-friendly yoga session where we'll introduce the character Zen Pig. Additionally, we'll provide beach toys and light snacks so you can enjoy your time and connect with nature. Soak up some Vitamin D and enjoy the company of your community while improving your mental and physical health through a fun, interactive yoga practice. Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect with your children through play and movement!

Friday, May 10th, 20244:00 - 4:15 PM: Arrival and Check In
4:15 - 4:30 PM: Zen pig introduction
4:30 - 5:00 PM: Kids Yoga
5:00 - 5:30 PM: Light Snacks and Refreshments
Event Details:
- Light snacks will be provided.
- Please wear clothing that can get sandy.
- We will have beach towels for the yoga portion of the event.
