Interwoven: Intentional Impact

Morning Cohort

Building connection and resilience for the families behind the mission

SOF spouses are invited to join The Station Foundation for a year-long community experience designed to foster connection, identity, and emotional resilience.

Participation is flexible. Come to any session or event that feels helpful; there’s no requirement to attend every month or commit to the full year. Through storytelling, reflection, and shared practices, we’ll explore how to thrive within the realities of SOF life while building authentic, caring relationships.

The Interwoven: Intentional Impact group meets once a month. The cohorts will be listed on Eventbrite as two separate events; register for the session that fits your schedule.

Morning Cohort 10:00 - 11:30 AM Third Space Cafe

Evening Cohort 6:00 - 7:30 PM COS City Hub

What to Expect: Each monthly gathering includes:

• Guided reflection

• Storytelling exchange

• Character-based discussion on growth, balance, and community

These conversations create space for honest dialogue and meaningful connection among spouses who understand SOF life. Light refreshments and all materials are provided.

At the end of each quarter, both cohorts come together for an experiential capstone event that brings the quarter’s themes to life through shared activity. The capstone is open to those who have attended at least one deep-dive session that quarter, ensuring a shared foundation and helping turn conversation into practice.

Through this series, participants will:

• Reflect on values and shared experiences within SOF life

• Strengthen identity and confidence through story and discussion

• Build practical tools for resilience and emotional well-being

• Form lasting connections with others who understand the journey

Program Details: This year-long program runs from April through December 2026. To keep the experience strong and connected, we encourage consistent participation in your chosen cohort and attendance at capstone gatherings when possible. Space is intentionally limited to support meaningful, relational discussion.

Childcare is not available, and children may not attend. This helps us create a focused, distraction-free environment.

If you plan to attend, please reserve your spot through Eventbrite so we can prepare well for your visit - from seating and supplies to the small touches that make these gatherings feel welcoming.
