Special Operations Forces Spouses are invited to join The Station Foundation for an afternoon of tea and discussion. Participants will learn the importance of ritual and the calming effect of tea.Indulge in the timeless tradition of High Tea with our authentic and elegant experience. Drinking the beverage tea has been considered a health-promoting habit since ancient times. Additionally, the ritual of making and drinking tea can be a calming and meditative experience. Taking a few minutes to slow down and enjoy a cup of tea can help reduce feelings of anxiety and stress, and promote a sense of well-being.If you're looking to incorporate tea into your daily routine for optimal mental well-being, start by joining us for this delightful event.

10.45 - 11:00 - Arrival and Check in
11:00 - 12:45 - High Tea and discussion
1:00 pm - Completion of event - feel free to tour the castle, castle grounds and gardens at you leisure.
