This outreach experience is open to Spouses within the Special Operations Forces Community.
About this Event

Special Operation Forces Spouses are invited to join The Station Foundation for a calming and hands on experience designed to nurture both wellness and connection. In this workshop, participants will learn how to create their own herbal tea container garden while exploring the healing benefits of herbs commonly used in herbal teas and how they can affect the body. You’ll also learn best practices for growing, harvesting, and processing tea herbs.
Herbal teas have been used for centuries to support overall well-being. Depending on the herbs you grow, they may help promote relaxation, reduce stress, support digestion and gut health, encourage better sleep, calm the nervous system, boost immunity and overall wellness.
Whether you’re new to gardening or simply looking for a peaceful creative outlet, this experience offers a chance to slow down, connect with others, and cultivate something meaningful you can enjoy long after the workshop.

Wear comfortable clothes you are not afraid to get dirty.

Lunch will be provided.
All workshop materials will be provided.
