Interwoven: Couples Sound and Restore at SAMA
Special Operation Forces Couples are invited to join The Station Foundation for an evening to slow down and reconnect — together. This deeply relaxing sound bath experience is designed for couples to share in stillness, presence, and energetic harmony.
You’ll rest side by side in a supported reclined position as the pure, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls fill the space. These healing frequencies are known to quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and bring the body into a meditative, parasympathetic state, often referred to as “rest and digest.”
The sound waves work subtly and powerfully to release stress, support emotional balance, and enhance energetic alignment, not just individually, but in the field between you and your partner. You may experience a sense of harmony, emotional release, deep rest, or even moments of intuitive clarity.

Event Details:
Participants must bring their own yoga mat. Feel free to bring pillows, blankets, and anything else that helps you relax deeply.
Please wear comfortable clothing.
No experience required. All levels welcome.
Please invite a friend within the Special Operations Community who is new to The Station.
This is a first come first serve event with a maximum capacity of 7 couples. We kindly request a cancellation notice no less than 72 hours prior to the event. Thank you for your consideration.
When registering for an event, all required fields on the order form must be completed in entirety. Incomplete order forms will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding and helping us ensure event security and the highest quality experience possible.
