Three authors, E. L. Massey, Kendra Merritt, and Lyra R. Saenz, will share about their writing journeys on Wednesday, June 24th at 5:30 PM at our Aspen Grove location.

We will have a limited supply of additional books for guests to purchase in store. Only a book ticket guarantees you a copy of the book.
This event includes an opportunity to meet the authors, participate in an audience Q&A after the book talk, and get your book(s) signed and personalized. Photos with the authors are welcome!
ABOUT THE AUTHORS
E. L. Massey is a human. Probably. She lives in Denver, Colorado, with her partner, the best dog in the world (an unbiased assessment), and a frankly excessive collection of books. She spends her holidays climbing mountains and writing fan fiction, occasionally at the same time.
Books have been Kendra Merritt’s escape for as long as she can remember. She used to hide fantasy novels behind her government textbook in high school, and she wrote most of her first novel during a semester of college algebra.
Older and wiser now (but just as nerdy) Kendra writes retellings of fairytales with main characters who have disabilities. If she isn’t writing, she’s reading, and if she isn’t reading, she’s playing video games.
Kendra lives in Denver with her very tall husband, their book loving progeny, and a lazy black monster masquerading as a service dog.
Lyra R. Saenz is a writer of Science Fiction/Fantasy. A romantic at heart with a love for supernatural horror, she believes that while happy endings don’t come easily, they do come, even if it means excising your ex into a glass jar. Born and raised in South Texas, Lyra is a multicultural, eyeliner-wielding member of the LGBTQ+ community, an animal-lover, and a cynic of all things political. She presently haunts the Houston area with her gorgeous partner and her feline-shaped void, Violet.
