This is a unique in-person event where you can meet fellow yoga lovers and celebrate together. The event welcomes everyone, beginners, yoga curious, yoga sceptics, life-long students, teachers and lovers of the outdoors activities. This year we are focusing on removing all barriers - economic, cultural and misconceptions about yoga. By coming together, we want to show all residents - especially those who have been unwell for a while - that there are alternative ways of looking after your mental health. Yoga practice brings numerous benefits for the body and nervous system, as well as a new understanding of how to live a healthy and conscious life.
