About the event🌸 International Women’s Day: Cacao, Journaling & Sound Bath

Tune into yourself and your community with an afternoon designed for self-care, connection, and inner balance. Start with an antioxidant-rich ceremonial raw cacao drink (think elevated hot chocolate), known to protect the body against free radicals and inflammation while opening the heart, making space for self-love, compassion, and emotional wellbeing.
We'll move into a body-centered and Qigong-inspired mindful movement practice and a guided journaling session, allowing reflection, creativity, and gentle presence. We'll weave in a soothing sound bath, designed to relax the mind, release tension, and deepen your sense of connection to yourself and others.
Join us in celebrating International Women’s Day through intentional practices that nurture the body, mind, and heart, and foster community connection in a welcoming, supportive environment.
