International Women’s Day - Sustainable Strength

Join Naomi Heff (Nike Trainer and founder of Inner Athlete Women’s Community) and Celeste Gardner (Health & High Performance Coach) for a special International Women’s Day experience centred around women supporting women.

Hosted at F45 Training Fulham, the afternoon is about connection, strength and sustainability physically and mentally.

The day will consist of:

• An opening circle exploring what it means to be a woman today
• A short talk on how we sustain ourselves
• An erg technique workshop
• A team sweat
• Sauna and recovery at Pulse Sauna

There will also be time to network, connect and enjoy some light snacks together.

This is a space to move your body, share experiences, meet like minded women and leave feeling energised not depleted.

Come solo or with friends.
