International Women's Day: Yoga &

Celebrate International Women’s Day with a morning dedicated to movement, mindfulness, and community.

We’ll begin with a yoga session designed to help you ground your energy, build strength, and set powerful intentions for the day ahead. After yoga, stay energized and join us for a fun and empowering around Doral Central Park — a chance to connect, reflect, and step confidently into the day together.

This experience is open to all fitness levels. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned participant, you’ll feel supported and welcomed.

Important: All participants must bring their own yoga mat.
