About this Event

On March 7th, join Brianna for a Low Impact Sculpt workout class you won’t want to miss! This energizing session is designed to help you build strength and boost endurance with low-impact exercises that sculpt and tone your body. Perfect for all fitness levels, Brianna will guide you through a series of movements that focus on form and control. Whether you're a beginner or leveling up your routine, this workout's for you! Just show up ready to sweat, smile and have a good time with friends in a supportive space.

Following the workout will be a 30-minute guideded meditation and sound bath led by Hannah Kohn! This restorative experience is desgiend to calm the nervous system, rebalance your energy, and support holistic well-being. Through intentional breathwork and grounding awareness, you'll release tension, quiet the mind, and cultivate deep inner calm - restory harmony across the body, mind, and spirit. We'll close with an immersive sound bath, where resonant tones and therapeautic vibrations encourage emotional release, energetic renewal, and reconnection to your most authentic, centered self. You'll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply nourished.

PLEASE NOTE:

Sizing information is required to be submitted by February 23. Therefore, any participants who register after February 23 will not receive the workout set and socks. However, they will still receive the other items.
Aerie workout set and all goodies will be distributed at the event only.
Workout class begins at 10 AM. Please arrive by 9:30 AM to recieve your workout set and change into the outfit before class begins.
Tickets are non-transferrable.
There will be no refunds or exchanges.
Photos and videos will be captured during this event and may be shared on City Girls Who Walk and other relevant social media accounts. By attending, you kindly acknowledge and consent to photography and videography.
