The IWD 2026 Give To Gain Campaign encourages a mindset of generosity and collaboration. When we give, we gain. Together, let's help forge gender equality through abundant giving.
Sunday, March 8, 2026 from 12 p.m.— 3 p.m. at the šxʷƛ̓ənəq Xwtl'e7énḵ Square (Vancouver Art Gallery, North Plaza).
The event will feature speeches from local community leaders and activists. Speakers will be announced shortly!
Starting at 11:00 a.m. there will be a free sign-making station so you can show Vancouver what you're marching for! Other entertainment includes a Kid's Activity Table and a merch booth. There will also be ASL interpreters.
Vancouver’s International Women’s Day is a volunteer and grassroots committee. We have a mission to celebrate, amplify, and fight alongside the diversity of women in our community. We want to create awareness of the issues self-identifying women face in our city.
