What’s Included
9:00 – 10:30am
Strength & Endurance Session at The Lift Lounge
Experience structured strength training combined with conditioning. This session showcases how we build strong, resilient bodies through progressive training.
10:30 – 11:00am
Pilates Session
A focused Pilates class delivered by The Pilates Studio to improve control, core strength and mobility — complementing strength training perfectly.
11:30 – 12:00pm+
Nutrition Workshop
A practical and educational session covering how to fuel performance, recovery and body composition in a sustainable way.
12:00pm onwards
Protein Smoothie & Social
Connect with like-minded people in a relaxed setting and experience the community feel both facilities are known for.
