Join us at Balance Mayfield for a morning dedicated to supporting women’s health through movement, education and connection. This free members community event is designed to leave you feeling energised, informed and empowered in your body.

Women’s Health Workshop 🌿
Hear from professionals from CK Health on key topics in women’s health, burnout, hormones, nutrition and amazing insights into gut health.
