Our 10:00 AM class SOLD OUT at 24 women — and the response has been incredible.
Because of the overwhelming interest, we are officially opening a SECOND class at 11:00 AM!
🥊 Class 1: 10:00–10:45 AM (SOLD OUT)
🥊 Class 2: 11:00–11:45 AM (OPEN TOMORROW AT 10AM – 24 spots only)
This special International Women’s Day event includes:
✨ 45-minute empowering kickboxing + circuit workout
✨ Beginner friendly (no experience needed)
✨ 4 local women-owned vendors
✨ Free samples for registered participants only
✨ Shopping open to the public
✨ Community, strength, and serious energy
🛍 Vendors will be open from 9:45 AM – 12:30 PM for public shopping, so even if you’re not in class, you can stop by and support local businesses!
Location is 310 Broad St, Utica.
Spots for the 11:00 AM class are limited to 24 and will go fast. Once it’s full, that’s it!

Cost: $10 per person PAYMENT ONLY REQUIRED IF YOU ARE PARTICIPATING IN THE WORKOUT. NO FEE IF YOU ARE SHOPPING WITH OUR VENDORS.
