$50 to participate – includes three classes, ammo, range time, NRA swag bag (including eyes and ears) and an inert water pepper spray trainer. (All three classes are not mandatory, each class will be offered at three-time frames, mix
and match times that work best for you)
• Safety Brief: How to load and Clear: 12:30-2:00pm, 2:30-4:00pm, 4:30-6:00pm
▪ In this class, our trainer Terra will go through how to safely load and clear firearms. This class will
also include the opportunity to go into our gun range and try out: .20-gauge shotgun, Revolver,
Semi-auto handgun, and a rifle
• Less lethal tools and tactics: 12:30-2:00pm, 2:30-4:00pm, 4:30-6:00pm
▪ In this class, our trainer Jon will go through how to practice effective skills with flashlights, pepper
spray, knives, impact weapons, stun guns, and tasers. Class will be tailored to those in
attendance on that day to focus on the content on the tools they already have or are planning to
purchase.
• USCCA Women’s Personal Safety: 12:30-2:00pm, 2:30-4:00pm, 4:30-6:00pm
▪ In this class, Karen, our USCCA Rep will go through how to create your expert-guided personal
defense plan and avoid looking like an easy target. Karen will go through five situational awareness
tips, steps to keep yourself safe, how to mentally and legally prepare yourself for self-defense
situations and the aftermath, and how to choose the right tool.
