What's This About?

Give to Gain is an interactive International Women’s Day experience centered on the power of reciprocity, connection, and collective growth. Designed as a facilitated peer coaching experience, the event invites participants to both share their knowledge, experiences, and challenges and gain insight, support, and perspective from others.

Grounded in the principle of reciprocity, Give to Gain creates a space where generosity is not transactional, but transformational. Participants will engage in guided reflection and dialogue that foster meaningful connections, spark new ways of thinking, and result in actionable commitments they can carry forward beyond the event. The experience aligns intentionally with the spirit of International Women’s Day—celebrating collaboration, empowerment, and shared progress—while offering a practical, human-centered approach to learning and leadership.

In the facilitated Give to Gain Circle experience, participants are invited to share a challenge, insight, or resource they are willing to 'give' to the group and in return, 'gain' perspective ideas, or support from others. Through structured reflection and small group dialogue, participants engage in meaningful exchange rooted in the principle of reciprocity.
