VICKY COLE is the CEO of Peggy's Place, a safe place that helps families who have experienced DFV and transitioned through the refuge system to rebuild their lives. Vicki brings over 25 years of experience across the health and community sectors, with the past 19 years spent walking alongside women and children impacted by domestic and family violence.
Vicki leads Peggy’s Place with a strong focus on trauma-informed, wrap-around support. Under her leadership, the service provides not only safe accommodation, but also practical and emotional support including legal and housing assistance, medical care, and financial guidance, all tailored to meet families where they are in their journey. Vicki is passionate about collaboration, community connection, and strengthening pathways that support long-term safety and independence for the families who come through Peggy’s Place.
