🏵️ We start with opening the space for meaningful conversations around women's health and well-being focusing with a holistic view on menopause, encouraging awareness, openness, and shared learning in a supportive and respectful environment.
Enjoy a relaxed tea and light snacks break, connect with women from different cultures, and take part in a hands-on Estonian craft activity. This creative session is designed to be calming, inclusive, and engaging, a chance to slow down, work with your hands, and experience local traditions through creativity and cultural exchange. No prior experience is required.
The evening concludes with various cultural dance performances, where movement, rhythm, and expression come together to celebrate diversity, joy, and shared stories. We'll dance together to reflect the vibrant spirit of women coming together across cultures.

Come celebrate International Women's Day with us! Now for the second time, the India-Estonian Women's Friendship Society (IEWS) is creating a space for women where being together brings joy, where new knowledge is shared and good relationships are created.
🏵️ Dress meaningfully!
Wear your national costume or other traditional clothing that expresses cultural diversity for you.
🏵️ Enjoy the program!
We will start with presentations on women's health and well-being, focusing on menopause from an oriental holistic perspective. We will create a supportive discussion space to raise awareness, discover good practical techniques, share experiences and learn from each other.
We will continue with tea, coffee and snacks, inspiring conversations and making new acquaintances. You can participate in an Estonian handicraft workshop, where everyone can make something great to take home.
The evening ends with a dance program. Experienced instructors invite everyone to dance along to unite the joy and energy of women from different cultural backgrounds to the rhythms of peoples of the world.
