Jennie Phillips, MS.Ed., With over two decades of experience in health, fitness, education, and leadership development, Jennie Phillips has dedicated her career to helping others cultivate vitality through intentional living. As the owner of Vitality Fitness Studio, Jennie provides individualized fitness programming, small-group training, nutrition coaching, and corrective exercise for clients of all ages and abilities.
She is also the author of Yellow Light Moments: Maximize Your Health and Vitality Through the Power of Pausing and the creator of the Yellow Light Moments® Framework (Yield. Listen. Move.), a system designed to help individuals pause with purpose and take aligned action toward greater balance and well-being.
Through her work as a speaker, educator, and coach, Jennie blends evidence-based fitness science with behavior change and mindfulness strategies to help clients and audiences strengthen not only their bodies, but also their mindset and resilience. Her sessions are known for combining humor, heart, and practical application — empowering individuals, teams, and organizations to slow down, refocus, and thrive in both health and life.
