Our Intensive Training Program Includes:
On-Ice Training: Focused technical sessions on jump mechanics, spin centering, and high-speed step sequences.
Off-Ice Conditioning (SFP & OFP): Targeted physical preparation to build the explosive strength, stamina, and agility required for elite figure skating.
Choreography & Dance: Developing musicality, posture, flexibility, and artistic presentation on the ice.
Vestibular Training: Specialized off-ice rotational exercises using professional spinners to maximize balance and in-air body control.
