Contemporary Dance on Ice has many facettes, some performances might challenge social habits and ways of human living alltogether, others might simply make you enjoy watching beautiful lyrical ice skating. Some have gone deep into artistic research and the performers are entrepeneurs in their own way in their country, others might just start to explore the endless possibilities of Contemporary Dance on ice blades. \
Witness the colourful assembly of skaters and dancers who show their work and process and pieces during this unique platform and stage in Leipzig and challenge your own understanding and perspective of how to move on the ice!\
After the show the team of IceLab Leipzig will host a workshop for you to attend for different levels of skating. Skates can be rented (limited). After all, the ice is open for free Jam!
