Get ready for a day full of learning, networking, and fun at International Nanny Training Day (INNTD) 2026!
International Nanny Training Day 2026 is the ultimate gathering for nannies and childcare professionals looking to sharpen their skills and connect with others in the field. Caregivers from Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, the Finger Lakes region, and beyond are invited to join us for Western New York’s INNTD event, hosted by Flower City Nannies in Rochester, NY.
The event will be held at Gather Event Venue, a beautiful space in Victor, New York, for a full day of engaging workshops, meaningful networking, incredible industry giveaways, and plenty of fun. Speaker sessions will cover a wide range of topics, including CPR and First Aid scenario-based training, an interactive résumé workshop, supporting neurodivergent children, caregiving career pathways, an introduction to household management, a car-seat safety mini session, and more.
Your ticket includes coffee, tea, lunch, and snacks throughout the day, as well as a certificate of participation to add to your professional development portfolio and résumé. Your ticket also includes a FREE professional headshot with Elinor Williams Photography, who will be on-site at the event.
