Vic Williams
He'll share insights on how dyslexia and ADHD affect men the workplace and at home, along with strategies to leverage its strengths and mitigate its challenges. The talk aims to educate, motivate, and empower attendees with an understanding of these conditions and practical strategies for mitigating this impact.
Vic I was diagnosed with dyslexia aged 46 and ADHD aged 53 . After leaving school at 16, he joined the South African Airforce, but left after an aircraft accident. Since the age of 13 when he started my first business, to date he has started 11 businesses in different sectors and in two different countries. One of those businesses grew to over 800 staff in 7 years and one of them failed to the point of near bankruptcy. It was only when I was diagnosed did he understand the impact dyslexia and eventually ADHD had on his business and his relationship.
