We are coming to Amsterdam to host a special hot yoga class at Equal Yoga, that involves a Core Flow session at 26 degrees. Explore moving on the breath and develop your practice, plus get a full body workout. It's sure to be an evening to remember!

Explore moving on the breath and developing your practice in the Core Flow class. Based on the postures and fundamental elements of Vinyasa yoga, this sequence is a fully body workout. Core Flow is led at a moderate pace and is designed to guide you through sun salutations, warriors, balances and backbends. Sweat out the stress of your day and feel better after this class. Taught at 26 degrees.
