FAQ:

1. Where do I park?

• In front of the building off of Arsenal Street or in the back parking lot which is located off of Louisiana & Pestalozzi. If parking in the back, you will enter through the visitor's entrance located towards the inside parking lot. Look for building signs for directions.

2. I have never volunteered before, can I attend this orientation?

• YES! This orientation is open to the community. This is a chance to learn about the programs that the Institute offers clients and how you can get involved. If you have already been a volunteer, this orientation is still helpful as it discusses multiple departments you might not have been involved with, as well as current and upcoming pressing needs. Please note, we welcome volunteers who are looking to help in more than one capacity! Feel free to attend to learn all about the current needs of the organization.

3. Upon entry, where do I go?

• Once you enter the building, we will be meeting in our Hall of Nations. A receptionist will help direct you upon entry.

4. Can I bring someone with me?

• Yes, but we do request everyone who attends sign up via Eventbrite so we can prepare accordingly. We may choose to reschedule the event based on projected attendance, so signing up is crucial for preparation.
