Flow through a 60 minute outdoor yoga sequence, followed by community and connection. Joy brings magic to the mat through thoughtful words and intentional movement.

Choose to start your morning strong with us and become welcomed into an authentic space. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to enjoy light refreshments and be apart of giveaways! Let us come together to celebrate movement, mindfulness and community.
