Intermediate Techniques of Cooking12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
This intermediate-level cooking class helps students build confidence and independence in the kitchen while learning practical skills they’ll use for life.
Students will work on:
Safe and proper kitchen tool use
Following multi-step recipes
Time management and organization
Understanding basic nutrition and food choices
This class pairs well with the morning STEM session and the afternoon finance class for students who want a full day of hands-on, real-world learning.
Middle & High School Enrichment Day (Grades 5–12)
Hosted at Auraria Community Club
Thursdays: 4/30, 5/21, 6/25
Our Middle & High School Enrichment Day is designed specifically for 5th–12th grade students who are ready for deeper learning, independence, and real-world skill building in a social homeschool environment.
Classes are intentionally stacked throughout the day, allowing students to:
Attend one class,
Combine two classes, or
Enjoy a full day of enrichment with friends.
Each class is registered individually, but together they create a well-rounded day focused on life skills, critical thinking, and confidence. As the program grows, students will be grouped appropriately by age and ability.
