Intermediate/Advanced Yoga Wednesday 7:30 PM
This class is for students who are ready to move with more intensity, fluidity and intention. Expect a stronger pace, longer flows and opportunities to build strength, balance and deeper awareness. Come ready to be challenged and to explore what your body can do.
Note: Hatha/vinyasa yoga will be the foundation of the practice AND we will have exploration and skill building through advanced poses i.e. inversions, back bends and strength based asana. Come ready to play.
If you're newer to yoga or want more guidance, join our beginner friendly class at 6:15 for a slower supportive pace. Separate registration required also found on eventbrite.
*We do flow to a dynamic playlist including R&B music.
