The Intermediate Lean Techniques class is designed to build upon foundational Lean principles with a focus on deeper implementation strategies and continuous improvement in manufacturing environments. Participants in this course learn advanced Lean tools and methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen events, Kanban systems, and 5S workplace organization.Emphasizing practical application, the class equips attendees with the skills to identify and eliminate waste, streamline processes, and enhance productivity through systematic problem-solving and team collaboration. Case studies and simulation exercises provide hands-on experience in applying Intermediate Lean Techniques to real-world manufacturing scenarios, preparing participants to lead and sustain Lean initiatives that drive operational efficiency and quality improvement across their organizations.
