As a recurring monthly series, we will spend an evening focusing on each individual chakra, allowing us to dive deep to clear and balance the center. You will leave feeling more aligned, rejuvenated and centered.
Tonight we will focus on the Solar Plexus Chakra, or Manipura, which is located in the upper abdomen and is associated with personal power, confidence, and self-esteem. It governs our ability to take control of our lives, make decisions, and assert our will, often symbolized by the element of fire. A balanced Solar Plexus Chakra fosters self-discipline, purpose, and the energy to achieve our goals.
