So instead of waiting for a “perfect” moment, we’re creating our own kind of magic at Lone Star Winery, with pastel icing, layered details, wine in hand, and the dreamiest fairy garden cookie set you’ve ever seen.

Because adulthood has taught us a few important truths:

✨ And decorating cookies with good people + good wine is way cheaper than therapy

This class isn’t about perfection.
It’s about confidence, creativity, and letting yourself enjoy something just because it feels good.

🌸 This Is an INTERMEDIATE-Level Class
This class is designed for returning Gentle Confections students, who have already attended at least 2 coookie classes before and feel comfortable with:

• Flooding cookies smoothly
• Basic piping control
• Following instructions at a steady pace

We’ll move quicker than a beginner class and spend our time on:

✨ Layering and dimension
✨ Detail piping and clean lines
✨ Texture techniques (moss, florals, depth)
✨ Creating polished, elevated designs

If beginner classes feel a little slow but you still want guidance and community, this is your sweet spot.
Intermediate classes are intentionally smaller and technique-focused to allow for hands-on guidance and skill development.

Take-home DIY cookie kits are available only to students attending this class as a “do-it-again” option.
These include the full cookie set, icing, and tools so you can recreate the designs at home and practice the techniques you learned in class.

This option is designed for returning students who want extra hands-on practice and is not available as a standalone purchase.
