This class is perfect for bakers with some experience; however beginners are also welcome!! We'll cover everything you need to know:
🌲Mixing the Perfect Icing: Learn my go-to royal icing recipe and get hands-on experience mixing and coloring your own batches. 🌲We will also cover how to achieve the different consistencies needed for outlining, flooding, and fine details.
🌲Essential Techniques: Practice a variety of decorating methods including piping, flooding, wet-on-wet designs and feathering.
🌲Tips & Tricks: Discover best practices for drying and storing cookies, how to use piping bags effectively, and common troubleshooting tips to avoid pitfalls like color bleeding or air bubbles.
What you need to bring: Attendees will need to bring a stand mixer with paddle attachment, a set of measuring cups and a set of measuring spoons!!! All other supplies will be provided.
