Lu Mourelle Art Gallery announces the extension of the group exhibition Interlumen, currently on view at the gallery’s space in the historic center of Cascais.
Interlumen brings together works by Lu Mourelle, Saulo Silveira, Jorge Humberto Joh, Mariola Landowska, Luísa Pereira da Fonseca, and Estúdio Ohxoja, presenting a curated selection of contemporary artistic practices that explore light, materiality, and visual presence. Through painting, mixed media, and three-dimensional approaches, the exhibition reflects on the spaces between form and perception, gesture and structure.
Presented as part of the gallery’s ongoing curatorial programme, Interlumen reflects the positioning of Lu Mourelle Art Gallery as an independent contemporary art gallery, dedicated to showcasing original works by Portuguese and international artists within a coherent and rigorous exhibition context. The extension of the exhibition allows for continued public engagement with the works and the dialogue established between the participating artists.
The exhibition remains open to visitors and collectors, offering the opportunity to experience contemporary art in Cascais within a refined gallery setting. Works on view are available for acquisition.
