Get lovey with the woods. Celebrate July with the fireworks of your heart.Deepen your relationship with yourself and nature through interbeing, mindfulness, and bodyfulness. Intentional connection with the prairie and woods is powerful. Forest Bathing experiences are slow and sensory.
We begin with a 15 minute guided meditation and continue with gentle explorations. There are several opportunities to process and be known through Listening circles (sitting or standing). We walk less than 1/2 mile. This structured sequence is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, ‘forest bathing.' This is an amazing way to feel alive and co-create with the land life!
You must register via Tickets button (at least 5 hours beforehand) to attend the Walk. Specifics instructions are emailed to you after registration. Message me with any questions.
