In analytical psychology, "The Shadow", is an unconscious aspect of your personality that is stored and locked inside your unconscious mind. In this class, you will be guided towards transcending the negative effects your shadow currently has on your well being. We will be working on self reflection and self acceptance, and the courage and confidence to embody our whole self with unconditional love. Understanding and forgiveness of yourself is essential for personal growth. This class will consist of discussions, answering questions, sharing insights and personal stories, if you are so inclined. Together we will choose one topic per month to explore- where you then pick an exercise from the book, that pertains to the selected topic, to complete and share at the next class to your comfort level.
