Her thirst for knowledge and quest to uncover the connection between yoga techniques and mental health lead her to the pioneering teachers of trauma sensitive yoga Dave Emerson and Jenn Turner. Through the Center for Trauma and Embodiment at JRI, she completed the 300-hour Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) facilitator program.
