About this Event
What does it actually mean to “set an intention”… and how do we do that without overthinking it or getting it “wrong”?
This beginner-friendly gathering is a soft, grounded introduction to intention setting.
Far from a rigid practice or performance, instead it is a way to gently orient yourself toward what you need most in this season of life.
Together, we’ll slow down, reconnect with the body, and explore simple ways to identify and name what you’re ready to invite in; whether that’s ease, clarity, support, nourishment, or something you can’t quite put words to yet.
This isn’t about forcing change or doing things perfectly.
This is a chance to listen… and choose a direction that feels supportive and true.
Through guided reflection and optional sharing, you’ll leave with:
• A clear (or clearer) personal intention
• A deeper connection to what your body and nervous system are asking for
• Simple tools to return to your intention in everyday life.
This is the first of a three-part series, leading into altar creation and a final harvest gathering centered around food, herbs, and nourishment — though each event can be attended on its own.
