🟣 Class 0 – Intro Concepts - The Art of Starting & the Meaning of the Cross

Starting the basic step:
• from stillness
• on the second beat
• with syncopation
• from the embrace
• with minimal or delayed lead
Variations of the cross: early, delayed, rhythmic, replaced
Concept: the cross as a musical & expressive gesture 🎵

🔵 Class 1 – Resolving with Style & Playing Within the Structure

Resolving the basic step: closure, axis, weight change, rhythmic variation
