About this Event
The journey of healing and rediscovering pleasure is both a process and a celebration. In this final class, we’ll take a step back to reflect on how far you’ve come and solidify everything you’ve learned into a framework for lasting growth.
We’ll begin with a high-level review of the series:
- Class 1: Understanding how trauma affects the mind, body, and pleasure, and learning grounding techniques to create safety.
- Class 2: Reconnecting with your body through somatic practices and mindfulness to rebuild trust in physical sensations.
- Class 3: Navigating relationships with tools for trust, boundaries, and communication to foster closeness and safety.
- Class 4: Rediscovering pleasure as a healing force and identifying the unique joys that make life meaningful.
From there, we’ll focus on integrating these lessons into your daily life. You’ll reflect on the practices and insights that resonated most with you, and we’ll revisit key tools to ensure they feel accessible and adaptable moving forward.
This class will also help you identify what brings you joy—whether it’s in relationships, self-care, or simple daily moments—and how to create rituals that support those sources of pleasure. You’ll develop a personalized plan for continuing your growth, ensuring that healing isn’t just an event but an ongoing, empowering journey.
Most importantly, this is a celebration of you—your resilience, your courage, and your commitment to a life rooted in joy, connection, and pleasure.
What you’ll gain from this class:
- A comprehensive review of the tools and insights from the series.
- Strategies to integrate healing practices into your daily routine.
- Tools to identify and cultivate joy and self-compassion.
- A personalized roadmap for sustaining growth and embracing pleasure.
Note: This is the final class in the “Moving Through Trauma to Achieve Pleasure in Sex, Relationships, and Life” 5-class series. Each class stands alone, but together they create a powerful pathway to healing and growth.
Your Instructor

Overall, she specializes in helping individuals heal, rediscover their sexuality, and embrace joy.
