About this Event
Hands-on assists can be one of the most powerful — and most misunderstood — tools available to yoga teachers today.
Many teachers are confident in their sequencing and cueing, yet feel uncertain when it comes to delivering touch that is both effective and sustainable for their own bodies.
The Integrated Thai-Based Hands-On Techniques Intensive is a two-day immersive designed to help yoga teachers develop confident, skillful, and energetically sustainable hands-on support using principles drawn from Thai bodywork and applied movement science.
This founding cohort experience is intentionally limited to maintain a highly personalized learning environment with significant hands-on practice time.
