Join me on Thursday 24th April, at 19:30 for a nurturing Integrated Breathwork Journey themed around Grounding. In a world that often feels fast-paced and unstable, this session will help you restore a sense of stability and strength.
Through rhythmical breathing and music to guide you, I will lead you on a journey to cultivate presence, balance, and clarity. This session is all about creating a solid foundation to help you feel more centered and grounded, no matter what life brings your way.
Whether you’re looking to reduce anxiety, find emotional balance, or simply feel more anchored in yourself, this journey is for anyone seeking to enhance their sense of stability. Through conscious breathing and grounding visualization, you’ll leave feeling more calm, focused, and aligned.

This ceremony is open and guided for everyone. We will practice slow, rhythmic breathing techniques that are safe and beneficial all participants. However, please be aware that I will also guide the group through more powerful pranayama techniques and prolonged breath holds. If you have any of the following conditions, please contact me beforehand so that I can adjust the ceremony to suit your needs:
