Til dette års Institutdyst konkurrerer institutterne i følgende dyste:
- Volleyball
- Høvdingebold
- Tovtrækning
- ESN quiz
- Kongespil
- Årets jokerdyst: Bumperball-fodbold
Traditionen tro afsluttes festlighederne med den vigtigste dyst af alle: SÆBEKASSERÆSET! 🏆
Herefter kåres årets vindere, som får æren af at løfte den store Institutdyst-pokal.
Der er fede præmier til vinderne af de individuelle dyste – og selvfølgelig en særlig præmie til det institut, der klarer sig bedst! 🤩
Dagen er dog meget mere end bare konkurrencer! Der vil være madboder, barer med studievenlige priser og live musik hele dagen.
Det er helt gratis at deltage i både dyste og festligheder, så tag dine studiekammerater under armen og kom med til den sjoveste dag på SDU!

On May 1st 2026 from 10.00 - 17.00, Institutdysten is back – ready for another fantastic day of competition and team spirit across SDU! 🔥
At this year’s Institutdysten, you can compete in the following competitions:
- Volleyball
- Dodgeball
- Tug-of-war
- ESN quiz
- Klubbs
- This year’s joker game: Bumperball football
As tradition dictates, the festivities finish with the most important competition of all: THE SOAPBOX RACE! 🏆
After this, the winners of the year will be crowned and given the honor of lifting the great Institutdysten trophy.
There are awesome prizes for the winners of the individual challenges – and of course, a special prize for the institute that performs best! 🤩
The day is also much more than just competitions! There will be food stalls, bars with student-friendly prices, and live music throughout the day.
Participation in both competitions and festivities is completely free, so grab your fellow students and join us for the most fun day at SDU!

💙 Glass bottles, cans, and outside food are not allowed
