4/11/24 Shahrzad Yekta LPC LMFT will discuss the role of emotional intelligence in relationships and how it can help foster emotional safety to help us better connect with our partners, family, and the world. There will be a brief powerpoint presentation and participants will have a chance to ask questions and engage at the end of the workshop.

Shahrzad is a culturally-sensitive marriage and family therapist, trainer, and speaker with over 15 years of experience helping communities and organizations reaching their potentials and overcoming challenges. Shahrzad aims to empower individuals to lead their lives mindfully, with more compassion, as we step into the reality of our lives and relationships.
