Discover the Importance of Supporting Native Art
Learn why it's crucial for non-Native people to choose Native-designed products and art. More importantly, find out how your support can foster Native prosperity and combat the harmful spread of culturally appropriated art.
Meet the Artists
This is your chance to connect with our talented Native artists. This is the first time ever that all five of Eighth Generation's Inspired Natives® Artists will be in one place to talk about their individual and shared experiences as community-minded Native artists.
Our incredible Inspired Natives® Artists are:
Louie Gong (Nooksack)
Sarah Agaton Howes (Anishinaabe-Ojibwe)
Michelle Lowden (Acoma Pueblo)
John Isaiah Pepion (Piikani/Blackfeet)
Jared Yazzie (Diné/Navajo)
The panel is being moderated by Eighth Generation CEO Colleen Echohawk (Pawnee, Athabascan)
Native Art Market and Native Food Expo
During the event, a selection of Native artists and Native-owned businesses will vend at our first-ever pop-up market! Eighth Generation will also have a table with a select assortment of our products. Get your Eighth Generation blanket signed by the artist who designed it! We will also have several Native food trucks and food vendors on site with authentic Native cuisine for sale. Don't miss our celebration of heritage, creativity, and community!
This event is produced by Eighth Generation and Town Hall Seattle. Eighth Generation is proudly owned by the Snoqualmie Tribe.
